I am 34 years, married to a huband who love to eat my cooking and a mother of 3 all under the age of 5. I have been cooking since i was a little girl. I love cooking things i remember having as a child, sharing it with my children.
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake anything. I love making comfort foods but only every now and then because they are not always the healthiest.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Holidays are always so much fun, my mom, sister and I get together and bake and split everything up. Its just a time to make great memories.
My cooking triumphs
I think my triumph would have to be my cinnamon rolls. People have been asking if they have to wait until christmas!
My cooking tragedies
My biggest tragedy would have to be a cream pie I baked for christmas dinner one year. Its my mothers favorite and i was so excited for her to try it and when everyone did they all just kinda looked at me with a smile and asked if it was a joke!!! The egg had seperated and was all along the bottom of the pie. It was beautiful but was horrid to taste!! Its the big joke every year they want to know if i baked my special pie!!!

Valerie's Fruit Dip

Banana Sour Cream Bread
I have used this recipe for a couple years now and have not tasted one better! My family love it, and everywhere i take it, Im asked for the recipe. I did increase the temp to 325 degrees and left it in for an hour, for larger loaf pan i left in for 1 hour and 15 minutes. This recipe is super moist and is one of those that gets better everyday! Thanks

Savory Crescent Chicken
Thanks so much for the quick, simple, yet fantastic recipe! My kids 7,4,2, and hubby loved it. I didn't change anything, this was supper!
