Chicken Cordon Bleu II
This was excellent; however, I did things a little differently. I did not dredge the chicken in flour, instead, I mixed the paprika with Seasoned bread crumbs. I sprayed a 9x13 glass baking dish with butter Pam, placed the chicken in the dish and sprayed the chicken with the Pam to wet the breadcrumbs. I baked the chicken at 350 for about 25 minutes. Then I added about 3TBS of butter to the sauce ingredients, which I cooked in a sauce pan on the stove top. I served the sauce separately so each person could use it to personal taste. Super easy and quick! Will definitely make it again!
