Eggnog Cheesecake III

Wow!! This was wonderful. The ONLY change that I made was to add 1 tsp nutmeg to the crust and 1 1/2 tsp extra to the filling.

Fresh Herb Dinner Rolls

Based on many reviewers comments I changed the herbs to fresh rosemary, simmered it in the water for a short period of time and then finely chopped it (used 3 sprigs) also used egg wash on the top and added kosher salt, then brushed with melted butter when they were removed from the oven.

Apple Turnovers

Great filling, I doubled the spices and added walnuts, also sprinkled raw sugar on the top after applying egg wash. One word of warning, your filling should be cooled considerably prior to adding it to the puff pastry or else the pastry gets too soft to work with.

Crustless Cranberry Pie

Wonderful! I was out of walnuts so skipped those, upped the cranberries to 2 1/2 cups and reduced the sugar to 3/4 cup. It was still sweet enough and a huge hit..

How wonderful! Thank you to everyone that mentiond not adding the milk right away. I waited until the end and only used 1/4 of what was called for. Also added vanilla and cinnamon.
