Marietta's White Chocolate Macadamia Biscotti

This is a no fail marsala recipe. It tasted amazing, totally restaurant quality. I needed to cook this for a party of 40 so I let the recipe calculator do it for me and it came out perfect. I changed a few minor things: I used fresh plain basil as opposed to dried sweet basil (so I used more obviously), and I used more mushrooms then called for because my sister loves them and it was for her birthday party. Low cost, great tasting meal. Thank you!

Banana Cream Pie I

Absolutely perfect! It would only be soupy if you didn't cook the custard long enough. Mine was the perfect texture and the flavor was right on. YUM!

Salmon Croquettes

I used bread crumbs because I had no wheat germ, and I also had only fresh salmon. I also added a small carrot that I peeled with a veg peeler then chopped even smaller, and a tiny dash of worchestershire. They were fantastic. Thank you so much!

Chilled Christmas Punch

Made it for Thanksgiving. I used the juices and a huge bottle of champagne. I skipped the sugar. I also added raspberry shebert to keep it cold. It was amazing. Everyone loved it!!
