Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

Absolutely perfect. Fluffy, creamy with the right amount of sweetness. Used it on chocolate cupcakes filled with strawberry jelly and got rave reviews!

Cake Mix Cookies IV

These are great! I used double chocolate cake mix with about 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons of oil. I also added peppermint extract to half the batch. Easy, easy, easy and very tasty. Tender and chewy with just a tad of a crust. I would definitely make these again.

Fudgy Chocolate Chip Muffins

As many other reviewers have mentioned, the middle of these muffins sink in and leave a crater. Otherwise, they are amazing! The only modification I made was adding a bit of almond extract. I loved how they were crisp on the outside and chewy in the middle. Not the prettiest muffins, but very yummy.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

This was amazing! I added 3 garlic cloves and half an onion at the outset and just waited. It made the house smell so good it was killing me not to dig in! About an hour before it was finished, I shredded the chicken and the sauce thickened right up. We spooned it over baked potatos with a little sour cream. My boyfriend even yelled at me because I hadn't made this before. He said I was holding out on him! I would make this again in a heartbeat!

French Silk Chocolate Pie I

This pie was amazing. I was unsure at the beginning because it looked so grainy, however, the longer it beat, the smoother it became. I topped it off with homemade whipped cream and it was simply to die for. There were no left overs...and only three diners!

Glazed Meatloaf I

Wow. This was amazing. I added grated carrots as well as grating the onion. I would follow what other reviews have said and heavily flavor the meat with additional spices (garlic powder, salt pepper, maybe some red chili flakes). The sauce itself was a but sweet, but overall amazing. I was out of mustard powder so I added whole grain mustard. I also added garlic powder, sage, salt and pepper. I would definitely make this again!

Chocolate Covered Cherry Cookies II

Wow! Great recipe. When I was making the thumbprints in the cookies, I found that my thumb was sticking to the dough. I dipped my thumb in a bit of the reserved cherry juice before I pressed it into each cookie to avoid sticking. It worked great and gave a tad more of the cherry flavor to each cookie. Yum!

Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookie Logs

Excellent, excellent recipe. The cookies are buttery and crisp. I modified it a bit by adding 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and white and dark chocolate chips. My only concern is that the log shaped cookies spread a little more than I desired. This made dipping the cookies impossible, but they are just as good with a chocolate drizzle. I will definitely use this recipe again!

Mall Pretzels

These tasted great! The only trouble I had was getting them to look like pretzels. Apparently I didn't roll the dough long enough. But it didn't matter what they looked like, they were fantastic!

Hello Dollies I

These were ok. I used cinnamon graham crackers for the crust and that added a nice hint of cinnamon. They were a very rich cookie. I think when I make them next time I will add less chocolate and more coconut. Overall, I would make these again.

Aunt Johnnie's Pound Cake

This was excellent pound cake. I didn't have almond extract, so I substituted orange and vanilla extract. It turned out moist with just a hint of citrus. This pound cake was DEVOURED at a fondue party I threw. I would definitely make this again.

Excellent recipe. Cookies came out rich and had a sandy texture. I would reduce the baking time from 12 minutes to about 10 minutes. I would DEFINITELY make these again!

Florentine Artichoke Dip

YUM! This was good enough to eat even before it was cooked. This is the best artichoke dip I have ever eaten. It was the first thing to go at my party. EXCELLENT!
