This was so easy and fun to make! It tastes great and looks pretty. I did do a few easy cheats. I used a bag of whilte chocolate chips and a bag of chocolate chips. I microwaved the chocolate. I put the oil and the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and cooked them for 1 minute on 50% power. Took it out and stirred it and put it in again for another 30 second or so on 50% power again. It came out really nice and smooth.

Caramels

Excellent! All I have is nonstick cookware and it took 1.5 hours to get to the right temperature. I almost gave up! I put melted chocolate on the top and sprinkled with powdered sugar too. Everyone loved them!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Very good and easy. Easy to substitute too..I used stewed tomatoes and put over egg noodles....very good will make again.

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

Great recipe! And you can tweak it to your liking. I used devil food cake mix, chocolate syrup instead of liquer(other people said to do this) and milk chocolate chips. I also did a powedered sugar frosting drip and put a little more powdered sugar on top...it looked beautiful! And tasted even better!

Garlic Chicken

Easy and quick and sure to impress! If you like garlic, you will love this recipe. I recommend making more bread crumbs and garlic though...it seemed by the 4th breast I was running out.

Restaurant-Style Potato Skins

Very good. Just too fattening. They do taste like restaurant potato skins though and were a huge hit at the potluck I went to. I would make again to share.
