Awesome! I melted the butter on the stove, I added a little extra to grease the pan with, no issues with it sticking at all. I also used only a half tsp of salt, and just mixed everything together by hand with no problem, then folded the zest and blueberries in. The zest i made with a vegetable peeler and 3 lemons, I then grinded it smaller in a little food processor. I went with the powder sugar glaze, be careful not to use to much powdered sugar, taste as you go. cooked just shy of 60 minutes. I did not use nuts. My neighbors are already knocking down my door for more! delicious! I killed off the whole thing within 24 hours and guarded it as if it was "my precious". Yeah, it's that good!

Cranberry Macadamia Bark

I thought this was pretty good, next time I will use white chocolate instead of the other . My friends adored it, I wasn't too impressed though. The white chocolate could make it a 5 star though.

Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy

Ginger Veggie Stir-Fry

This was pretty good, the second time I used the recipe I marinated chicken in soy, honey, garlic, and fresh ginger and made a chicken veggie stir-fry. Don't add too much honey or it will be too sweet. I will continue to experiment with this recipe, maybe some squash and zuccini.

Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts

I have been making this for years and it is hands down the best. I always use Knorrs brand vegetable soup mix, this recipe is on the back of their box.lol.. I always get a hawaiian bread bowl and a bag of hawaiian bread rolls, trust me it will all disappear!

Buckeye Balls II

I grew up with these and this is the best recipe. Don't skimp on the confectioners sugar, the second time I made these I used less sugar and it hindered the results and look of the peanut butter. Sift the sugar, very important. I prefer skippy peanut butter and Hersheys chocolate. If you melt the cholate in a pan on the stove as I did, you have to add butter for it to melt enough to dip the peanut butter. It was way too thick, but butter did the trick. Thank you for this wonderful recipe, now I can have a little of home whenever I want.

Caramels I

This recipe was awesome! I've never attempted any type of candy before and didn't have a thermometer, so my advise is to use a big pot, due to it bubbles up so high on a low temp. I had to switch pots in the middle of making it. Once the bubbles go down it begins turning more brown and then you can begin to turn up the heat, I did the drop in cold water gig, and it was the best caramel I have ever had. I also made a major mistake, I thought I was supposed to put it on wax paper and let me tell you, don't make the same mistake, unless you like eating wax paper. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe.
