Spinach Tortellini Soup
I made this soup as is, except I added Johnsonville chicken Italian sausage. It was very good and very healthy!! Other reviews said not to cook the tortellini in the soup because it makes it thick but I did not have that experience. I think that if you boil the tortellini in the broth for only about 5-7 minutes, it has the perfect consistency and it still cooks in the broth after you take it off of the heat. Very good, will make again!

Hot Sausage Dip
Let me tell ya'! This dip is awesome!! I've made this dip literally probably 20 times. Everyone in my family LOVES it and it is a must have for any get together. My family always requests it and cannot stop eating it. It is so addicting! Sometimes I add some shredded cheese to make it extra cheesy!

Chef John's Stuffed Peppers
I must say...excellent! I have never rated a recipe on this site but I just had to for this one! The only changes I made was substituting the ground beef for ground turkey, threw in a little bit more red pepper and used whole peppers standing upright. Great combination of flavors and spices! Thanks so much for a great recipe!! Definitely a keeper!
