Bananas 'N' Cream Bundt Cake

Fluffy and moist. I used butter flavored shortening and substituited 1/4 cup of white sugar for brown sugar and a dash of cinnamon.

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Loved these fluffy cake like cookies. Added an entire 15oz. Can of pumpkin purée for more of a pumpkin flavor and substituited cumin for allspice and they came out great.

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

This recipe was delicious moist and crisp on the outside. I used old fashion oats and unsalted butter and I also separated the dough and added ghirardelli chocolate chips to one batch, raisins to another and left one part plain. My boys loved them. This recipe is a definite keeper.

Soft Sugar Cookies IV

Excellent flavor. Do not over mix. I mixed the butter and shortening till it was light and fluffy and They came out soft but very crumbly. I have to say these cookies taste even better the next day. I will definitely make these again. I used 1cup white sugar and 1/2cup of brown.

Michelle's Soft Sugar Cookies

Good soft cookies But too salty for me. I followed this recipe as stated only used unsalted butter instead of margarine. Next time I will only use 1/4 teaspoon of salt. These cookies don't need that much salt.

Sour Cream Cut-Out Cookies

Soft yet crisp on the edges. I would add 1/2cup more sugar if you are keeping them plain. I also added vanilla extract and a pinch of allspice for more flavor.

Sour Cream Cut-Outs

This recipe was more of a sour cream biscuit than a cookie. 6.5 cups of flour is way too much flour to add to a cookie recipe for my taste. I made the recipe exactly as it called. Comes out soft inside and a light crisp on the outside, not sweet enough for my taste. Sorry not a fan of biscuit like cookies.
