If I could give this more then 5 stars, I would!! So easy to make but YUM!!!!! This has to be the best chili I've ever had...and it came out of my kitchen! The only thing different, was that I didn't have chili peppers. My 11 year old thought it was plent spicy enough without so it was probably a good thing.

Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning

This was delicious! I may never make regular old meatloaf ever again! I added a little more ranch then what it called for. Even the kids loved it (and they are picky!!)...but what kid doesn't like ranch??

Angel Chicken Pasta

Delicious and super easy!!! Even my picky kids loved it which is always a winner in my book. Next time I think I'll double the sauce though just because we like LOTS of sauce. I'll be making this a lot.

Slow-Cooked Broccoli

Yum! This is super easy too. I made it last Thanksgiving and it was perfect since I needed something that didn't require the oven. :) Everyone loved it.

Yummmmmmm!!!!!! I could eat this every night. It's awesome with the tzatziki sauce. I marinate for a few hours longer then called for though and use more onion and green peppers. The kids love it too and they're picky eaters!

Baked Ham

I made this ham for my Christmas dinner. Everyone thought it was delicious and kept commenting on how juicy it was. I don't know that I will ever make ham any other way. YUM!

Red Skinned Potato Salad

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would! This is the best potatoe salad I've ever had. Even better the 2nd and 3rd days. It takes a while though to make, and I cook my potatoes longer than the recipe states - I'm very picky about my potatoes being done. My husband begs me for this about once a week. YUM!!

Baked Potato Soup I

This soup was awesome!! It tastes even better than my favorite restaurants version. Very filling though and it makes quite a lot - a lot of work for only one bowl (lots of leftovers though).

Cafeteria Carrot Souffle

This is a delicious side dish! I made it for Christmas and it was requested again for New Years. The only problem is that I had to chop the carrots by hand and it took forever (obviously Tammy has a food processor).
