Quick Crescent Taco Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2005
Quick and yummy! I usually use my taco leftovers with it (tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, etc.) and make more meat. I also have always used Doritos instead of tortilla chips.

Taco in a Bag

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2005
Our church made these last night for a children's activity in the park. We all loved them, especially the little clean-up involved!! We did provide plates and some kids dumped theirs out and ate it that way.

Pumpkin Dip

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2005
I thought this dip was okay, but not great. It just seemed like a runny pumpkin pie filling with not as much flavor. I don't think I'll make it again.

Spaghetti Pie II

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2004
This is a great recipe, so easy and very yummy!! I always have spaghetti on hand in a Tupperware container so I wasn't sure how much 6 oz. was, 5-6 handfuls worked out about right though.

Toasted Party Mix

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2004
I increased the Worcestershire sauce to 4 tablespoons and onion powder instead of celery salt. I also baked it in the Crock-Pot. Do not cover the crock, cook for 2 hours on high and 2 hours on low, stirring every 30 minutes. Yummy, easy snack!!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2004
I had almost 2 lbs of meat so I used two cans of soup - one was condensed french onion and the other was "beefy mushroom" (I have never been able to find golden mushroom where I live). I also added about a dozen fresh mushroom slices. The taste was great, but I had way too much sauce. I don't know what to do about that because I still want the taste of both soups. Anyway, this a quick, easy, still tasty recipe - my favorite.

Amazing Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2004
If you're looking for an easy, tasty chicken recipe - here it is!! It just takes a few minutes to put together and is really yummy. I only had plain bread crumbs, but I did mix in a packet of ranch dip/soup mix. Great with mashed potatoes and green beans.

Rich Chocolate Chip Toffee Bars

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2004
Wonderful recipe!! Easy and oh so yummy!! I agree with others that they should be cut in small squares because they are so rich.

Easiest BBQ Pork Chops

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2004
Based on other comments, I used BBQ sauce instead of ketchup. It turned out very well. This is a quick and easy, but still tasty recipe - my favorite!!

Baked Fruit Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2003
Although the ingredient combination doesn't sound very good - it is!! And it is so easy. I received lots of compliments on this dip, although most of us enjoyed it more with crackers and not so much with the apples. I could not find shredded Swiss so I cut up a block of it into very small cubes - it worked fine.

Baked Macaroni with Pepperoni

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2003
This dish is what my husband would call a "garbage dish" - his favorite! I also substituted 1/4 cup parmesean for the sharp cheddar. And I did not combine the pepperoni with the other ingredients, but rather placed them evenly on the top of it all and then covered with more shredded cheese. Great!!
