These are great for those of us who count "points". I did have a slight problem with the muffin liners in that they stuck to the muffins. However, I found that after they had set a day, they peeled off fine.

Grandma's Apple Bread

Generally speaking, this made a great tasting, relatively low calorie loaf and one that was easy to put together. The only problem that I had was that it seemed more appropriate for one 8 X 4-inch pan rather than two. The loaves were only about 1 3/4-inches high but the texture was fine.

Pumpkin Cookies VI

THese were great! They are chewy but are also very soft. My granddaughters who are cookie freaks, devoured these in a flash. As for the adults, these are very pleasing and are only "2 Points" on one of the popular weight control programs.

Almost No Fat Banana Bread

I'v made a lot of Quick Breads but have always tended to sneer at those that substituted "low or no fat" ingredients. That was until I became a serious WeightWatcher and had to figure a way to have some "good" things and still keep the points down. I have made this loaf 6 times now and plan to make it many more. It is good enough and low enough in points (4 for 1/6th of the loaf) that I don't even feel that I'm missing out on the "bad" foods.
