Chicken Cordon Bleu II

This recipe blew me away! My husband and I both enjoyed it immensely, and it has become our default "company" dish. Apparently my father-in-law couldn't stop talking about it for days, and several other friends have asked for the recipe! After reading a few other reviews, I decided to bake the chicken at 350 for 20 minutes after browning it in the skillet, adding the butter from the pan straight into the baking dish with the chicken. I make the sauce separately by combining white Zinfandel and chicken bouillon and bringing it to a simmer before adding the cornstarch/cream mixture. The chicken and sauce come out perfectly each time!
