Chicken Cordon Bleu II
The flavors were all there, but I actually did not enjoy this recipe as much as other baked chicken cordon bleu recipes. The chicken wouldn't cook evenly and by the time it was cooked, the swiss managed to escape and burn in the pan, so I wasn't able to make a sauce. If I try this recipe again, I will definitely choose to oven bake it and skip stovetop.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast
This came out very good. I adjusted some things, like I cooked it at 350 bc I had a rice casserole cooking at the same time, and I used different cheeses because that is what I had available. I used mozzarella, parmesan, sour cream, garlic, sliced mushrooms, and a pinch of pepper in the filling. The chicken I s/p on the outside and only used salt on the inside where the filling would be. The bacon I slightly cooked in the microwave and laid it on top. The fat from the bacon kept the chicken moist and everything tasted fantastic!

Spinach Brownies
Really Yummy! I followed the comments and added bacon and then cooked the onion in the grease briefly before adding to mixture (Only half the onion). I feel like there was too much butter, and i never thought there could be such a thing, but with the bacon fat, it was overkill. Definitely a good recipe though! Will make it again.
