Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2014
Fabulous! I added some cinnamon sugar and nutmeg and a little extra brown sugar to the apples. I put most of the topping into a bowl and stirred it with the apples instead of on top. I only spread a little on the top. I got my topping too thick!

World's Best Lasagna

Delicious! Didn't change much but did make it the night before. I didn't use all the sauce so we had some for spaghetti later.

Oven Pot Roast

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2014
WOW! We loved it! I added some garlic powder and onion powder to the flower mixture. I added frozen chopped onion and some garlic to the butter and let it saute for a few minutes then browned the roast. I added cut up carrots and potatoes to the dish and used 1 cup of beef broth instead of the wine. I cooked with a foil cover at 250 degrees for five hours. It was delicious!!!!

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2012
A great recipe even for an amateur. Even my kids gave me the thumbs up. I added a powdered sugar-milk-butter-vanilla glaze on top and it was delicious!

Cheesy Sausage Zucchini Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2011
I loved this recipe. I skipped the mushrooms and just used grated cheese and canned tomato. I also used an Italian sausage. Kids didn't love it but I did. Will definitely make again with a different dish for the kids.

Zucchini Pasta Bake

It was o.k. Not my favorite. Seemed a bit dry too-maybe I overcooked it. There are other zucchini recipes I like better.
