This was really great. I have been recovering from surgery, so my husband has had to do all of the cooking lately... yikes. I found this recipe and thought that it would be easy for him to follow. He made it exactly according to the recipe, and it was wonderful. It was done quickly, and it tasted great. I think that I would probably add more cornflakes if I made it, and it DEFINITELY needed a larger container, but otherwise, I wouldn't change a thing. If you have conpunctions about trying it, remember, my HUSBAND made this. He DOESN'T cook, but this was easy for him. Thanks.

Mango Salsa Salmon

Very very good. I served this at a get together for my mother's birthday. I used salmon filets instead of steaks, and baked them at 375, after lightly brazing them in a pan with salt, pepper, and olive oil. They were a hit! The salsa was incredible, and not too spicy for my 81 year old grandmother. Very colorful, and pleasing to the eye as well as the pallette. My family raved. Thanks.

Best Ever Cinnamon Pull Aparts

These were good fresh out of the oven, but reheated they were not so great. I will probably try these again. A word of advise to would be bakers though, DO NOT attempt to use a loaf pan. Follow the directions and use a cake pan. I tired a lof pan, and it took 45 minutes to finish all the way through. By the time the middle was done, the top was black. I re-assert though, that fresh, these were pretty darned good. I also restate what several other reviewers said about the cinnamon and butter.

Crawfish Linguine

This was incredible. If I could give it a 4.5, I would. The only comlaints that I had were that it was not quite thick enough of a consistancy for my taste, and I had to add a bit more cajun seasoning to give it a spicier flavor. Otherwise, this was wonderful! I will definitely make this again. I also added some squid and shrimp to the sauce, which turned out quite well.

Pizza Dough I

This recipe was fairly terrible. I made the recipe as written, and the dough wouldn't even stick together, it flaked apart. I added a bit more water and oil, and eventually got it to stick, but it still tasted bad. I will not make it again. Sorry....

Seven Layer Tortilla Pie

This is a FAVORITE in our house. We have one friend who asks for this dish every time that he comes over for dinner. I have found that Rosarita refried beans are the exact consistency that is created by that tedious mashing of the pinto beans, so I use them. I also add quite a bit more cilantro and a can of sliced black olives, and used extra picante sauce or a can of rotel instead of the tomatoes. I have added taco meat once when our meat-loving friend ate with us, and it turned out well. All in all, with the changes... SUPERB. Without them... okay, but kinda bland.
