Old-Fashioned Pancakes

Love these. They fluff up nicely and taste good. Very easy to make. I like making these at home instead of buying mix. Perfect!

This is very good. I made the tofu separately. I drained it and marinated the cubes with a little soy sauce. Then I threw the cubes in a skillet with some garlic and ginger. I like having the tofu a little crunchy on the outside. I didn't add additional soy sauce other than the 3 tablespoons in the beginning. I also didn't add additional salt and it was still very good.

Glazed Apple Cookies

Hearty Vegan Slow-Cooker Chili

This is AWESOME! It tastes good as leftovers too. My husband (not vegetarian) and I (vegetarian) loved it. I will definitely be making this more often. I'm not vegan so I used cheddar to top and corn chips on the side. YUM!

Vegetarian Chickpea Sandwich Filling

This is delicious! Very easy to make and keep in the fridge for easy lunches! I threw some on sandwich bread with a slice of tomato, provolone cheese, and a sprinkle of paprika. Tasty!
