Wonderful Chicken Curry Salad

wow! this was a great recipe-used with Bakers secret pie crust from this site. extra work compared with regular pecan and totally worth it! followed recipe exactly and it came out great-used kraft caramels. thank you!!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Loved this easy pie. I made it with store bought crust, added nutmeg cinnamon and vanilla as others suggested. 1/2 syrup mixed with apples. 1/2 syrup poured over top of lattice. Turned out great for Thanksgiving!! Thanks.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

OK, I know there are a million reviews-but these are great! I doubled the recipe and used 1/2 toffee chips and 1/2 choc chips. I could package and sell them- they were so good. Got a lot of big perfect cookies-some frozen, some to my guests and too many for me!!. Thanks for the wonderful recipe.

Banana Banana Bread

Perfect basic recipe. i cooked it for about 1 hr 15 minutes. used only 3 bananas and it turned out great!! i did at 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp nutmeg along with 1/4 cup white sugar, 1/2 tsp baking powder and sprinkled a little brown sugar on top.

Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots

Loved this sauce! I used a large (7.5 lb.) beef tenderloin and this was a huge hit!!! i strongly recommend taking the meat out well before it is cooked to your liking. Tent it with aluminum foil and finish the sauce and it came out perfectly! Raves all around. Leftovers were wonderful when i cubed the meat-heated it in the leftover sauce and served it over mashed potatoes. Thanks for the super recipe.

Cinnamon-Roasted Almonds

I doubled the topping and omitted salt since I was using salted nuts. These turned out great! I din't like them warm out of the oven, but as soon as they cooled they were great!!! Easy recipe too.

Sausage Casserole

My family loved this recipe on Christmas morning! I never cook and this was easy! I cooked the sausage and mixed it with all but the eggs the night before. In the morning, I just lined the pan, mixed the eggs with the sausage mixture, and cooked! I bet a mexican version would be stellar!
