Pumpkin Cheesecake II

Great light flavor! I used this recipe to make mini cheescakes with 1/2 tsp of crushed ginger snaps in the bottom of mini cupcake liners. Turned out great with 15 minutes bake time!

Sausage Casserole

My family loved this recipe on Christmas morning! I never cook and this was easy! I cooked the sausage and mixed it with all but the eggs the night before. In the morning, I just lined the pan, mixed the eggs with the sausage mixture, and cooked! I bet a mexican version would be stellar!

Such a good recipe! Followed exactly annd came out perfectly. Barely even stuck on my unlined pan. A little spray canola oil and it cleaned up great!

Fettuccini Tomato Rustica II

i loved this recipe! I used 1 cup of the pasta water. Chopped sun dried tomatos without oil and used only about 1/2 a cup of olive oil. I also added about a 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes. this was great-easy and everyone of my kids loved it along with the hubby. Easy evening dinner made a bit special!

Banana Banana Bread

Perfect basic recipe. i cooked it for about 1 hr 15 minutes. used only 3 bananas and it turned out great!! i did at 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp nutmeg along with 1/4 cup white sugar, 1/2 tsp baking powder and sprinkled a little brown sugar on top.

Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots

Loved this sauce! I used a large (7.5 lb.) beef tenderloin and this was a huge hit!!! i strongly recommend taking the meat out well before it is cooked to your liking. Tent it with aluminum foil and finish the sauce and it came out perfectly! Raves all around. Leftovers were wonderful when i cubed the meat-heated it in the leftover sauce and served it over mashed potatoes. Thanks for the super recipe.

Pizza Pinwheels

I really liked these and found them very easy to make..I doubled the recipe and had no problem rolling...on granite or marble works great! I popped the logs into the fridge on the cookie sheet for about 2 minutes and they sliced great too. I found them a bit bland.. next time I will use diced pepperoni and add spices for more flavor.

The Best Meatballs You'll Ever Have

loved these-followed the recipe but reduced the worstershire by 1T. these meatballs were fantastic. they looked like they were going to fall apart but I continued to fry and brown and they held together great when added to the sauce!
