Ghirardelli Rocky Road Cupcakes

Mine looked just like the picture, tasted great and were moist. My co-workers loved them. I especially enjoyed that no frosting is needed to make a pretty cupcake. I did not have an issue with the marshmallows. I only placed 3-4 mini marshmallows on each. I just kept a close eye on the cupcakes and as soon as I saw them brown a little or swell up. I removed them from the oven. Check out the picture I uploaded.

Almond Cupcake with Salted Caramel Buttercream Frosting

This cupcake is very moist and tastes great. I was looking for a recipe for 12 cupcakes and this was it. I will be using it for the base for all of my cupcakes varieties. Thanks!!

I halved this recipe and used pre-cooked turkey sausage. I also used mild cheddar cheese because that's all I had. My husband loved it.

Snicker Bar Cake

I tried this recipe today. I thought it was too much batter for 8" pan but put all the batter in anyway. Bad choice. Learn from error. Do not over fill cake pans. I should have made a few cup cakes with the extra batter. The cake tasted great. I will make this cake again and correct my errors. I gave 4 stars because this cake is loaded with calories.

Southern Red Velvet Cake

I thought the cocoa was a little much so I used 2 tablespoons instead of 3. I used cream cheese frosting. My husband said they tasted great. I normally use oil instead of crisco and 1 tablespoon of cocoa.

Seven-Up™ Pound Cake

Do not over cook as I did. Take it out after 70 minutes. The cake will continue to cook while in the pan. Because I over cooked it , the cake tasted a litte dry and was not sweet enough for me so I added a lemon glaze and after that, I had to freeze some to keep from eating it.

Caramel Cake I

Recipe does not yield a normal size 2 layer cake. The batter is really thick and the cook time is less than 30 minutes. Tasted okay but not a good recipe to follow.

Moist Yellow Cake

The batter seemed too thick so I added about about 2 tablespoons more buttermilk. I also make cupcakes with the batter. I set the servings for 16 and it yielded about 24 cupcakes.
