Fantastic Chicken Burgers

Bored with my default turkey burger recipe when this popped up. DH loves spicy. This recipe looked like a quick meal.Excellent flavor. Easy. Different. Substituted ground turkey for chicken and used fresh lemon since I forgot to buy limes.

Pumpkin Corn Bread

I had one cup of left over pumpkin in the fridge when I read this recipe. Perfect. Made the recipe as written and was happy.

Spicy Pumpkin Chili

Big surprise we liked it so much. Grew many pumpkins this summer and wanted a main dish using pumpkin. While leery about pumpkin pie spice I found it added a subtle flavor. I doubled all the other spices.
