Szechwan Shrimp
Great! Double the sauce, use fresh ginger (saute it with the garlic and scallions) and use uncooked shrimp.

Baby Back Ribs
Fabulous! Be sure to do a dry rub and let 'marinate' overnight. I put the sauce on while I finish them on the grill after they've baked.

Pickled Beets
I agree with folks who suggest decreasing the cloves. I put just 2 each in quart jars. We love it!
