Earlier I posted about different foods that make me happy. I had a request about one food, ham pot pie.
This pot pie is not like the usual chicken pot pie with a crust. It is mainly squares of dough and broth. It's origin is Pennsylvania Dutch.

County fair season is winding down in Pennsylvania. Here is a cookie that I have had some success with in the baking categories at my local fair.
· 1/2 cup butter
· 1/2 cup Honey
· 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
