Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2012
This is so easy and it was absolutely delicious! I used bone-in chicken thighs, which worked very well.

Garlic Chicken with Orzo Noodles

Reviewed: May 1, 2012
This gets 5 stars for being so easy but it was a bit bland for me. Next time I'll use chicken broth for the orzo (should have read the reviews before cooking), and maybe add sausages.

Home-Style Ribs

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2012
I also found this to be a bit bland and too vinegary for my taste so I added in more brown sugar, some honey and bbq spices. I used boneless baby back ribs, which was a bit too lean I think, but it was very tender and delicious.

Garlic Roasted Chicken and Potatoes

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2012
This was incredibly delicious! I was a little skeptical of the garlic and the amount of maple syrup but followed the recipe nonetheless and I'm glad I did. It all blended together very well. I added some carrots, which also worked well. This is a keeper!

Chicken a la King II

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2012
Good, simple delicious recipe. I did tweak it a little and used fresh mushrooms, peas, broccoli and diced carrots. I ended up using a little less butter and more broth and milk.

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2011
Very easy and good. I like it more tomato-ey so I doubled the diced tomatoes.

Curried Coconut Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2011
Very easy and good although just a little too sweet and not spicy enough for me. I'll definitely make this again but with less sugar and spicier curry.

Delectable Marinated Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2011
Delicious marinade that's easy to make! I substituted honey for the molasses and used boneless/skinless chicken thighs since that's all I had. Worked great!

Very good, very easy! I think I will use more lemon juice and a little less salt next time although the recipe is great as is.

Thighs on Rice

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2011
Before cooking the chicken with the rice, I half-baked the thighs first so I can drain the grease. I added sauteed onions, mushrooms and peas to the rice. It turned out delicious and it was very easy.

Braised Beef Short Ribs

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2011
This was delicous! I tweaked the recipe slightly after reading other reviews. I browned the meat without flour, used beef broth instead of water and added 1 large can (28 oz) of Italian stew tomatoes. After browning, I put the ribs and sauce in a Dutch oven at baked it at 350 detrees for a total of 3 hours. I added in carrots and onions in the last hour. The meat was fall-off-the-bone tender!

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2011
Very easy and delicious and moist! I changed just a few things because of personal taste and what I had on hand. I used 1 T of garlic instead of 3, fresh parsley, and reduced the butter to 1/4 cup. I used skinless and boneless chicken thighs and baked them at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
