Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Love this cheesecake, but beware let the cream cheese warm up to room temperature before using or you will have lumps. Also consider using a water bath to cook the cake. I followed the instructions and had a large crack in the middle of the cake. The crack did not effect the taste, I'll definatly make this again.

The entire family loved it. The key was using a sauce you like. I used 1/2 Prego and 1/2 Newmans Yum!

Indian Style Basmati Rice

Great rice! I didn't have the whole spices so I used ground cinnamon, ground cardamom and ground cloves. The rice turned out dark but tasted great.

Pasta Pomodoro

The balsamic vinegar and fresh basil make a great combo. We used 1/2 the oil and it still came out great.
