Over the years I have tried many different Pecan Sandies recipes, they always fell short of being wonderful. These however are melt in your mouth perfection! Prepare yourself to be at the oven for a while, they really do make a bunch! Absolutely a keeper! Thank you!

Pumpkin Pancakes

Absolutely lovely flavors! My super picky 6 year old daughter looked at them like they were spiders.... one bite and there wasn't a crumb left! I served this with whipped cream instead of syrup.

Thai Quivering Tenderloins

The pork is awesome, the sauce was tasty. bites that had less cilantro were more on the 4 star side, may just be the family's taste buds. I will try again using basil instead of cilantro! also used the chili-garlic sauce instead of red pepper flakes.

Pizza Dough I

Really super easy to make! I made 2 batches, the first batch was cooked right away, super dense, the only reason I will rate this as a 3, the second batch I let rise for about 10 minutes, this batch was better and would be a 4 star! definately will be making again, maybe take one batch and split it between two pizzas with a 10 minute rise time.
