Baked Spaghetti Squash with Beef and Veggies

Absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Switched out the beef for chicken since my husband doesn't eat much red meat. It was totally a hit!

Roll-Out Cookies

Chicken Vindaloo

I think I put in a bit more ginger than I should have so it wasn't quite what I was expecting. My husband loved it though. I will try this recipe again and see how I like it.

I had never eaten butternut squash prior to making this recipe. I'm in LOVE!!! Super excited to try out other recipes with it now. I did leave out the garbanzo beans and carrots b/c I didn't have them and substituted with a sweet potato instead. Turned out AWESOME!!!

Hearty Turkey Stew with Vegetables

I used chicken bouillon instead of chicken stock 2 cubes/cup of water and I used oregano instead of marjoram. I also added some sausage to the stew and it was a hit for dinner! Definitely adding to my recipe box!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

I changed it up a little bit and added a mixed berry filling to it and then made my own hazelnut whipped cream to put on top and then sprinkled chopped walnuts on top. It was DELICIOUS and creamy!

Easy Sugar Cookies

These turned out better than expected especially since I substituted brown sugar for white sugar. It changed the taste from a traditional white sugar cookie and gave it the taste of the original fried apple pies from McDonald's. Brought back memories from when I was a little kid!

Peanut Butter Cookies

These turned out DELICIOUS!!! Only thing I would suggest is that once you've cut the frozen cookie dough, round it into little balls then flatten them on the cookie sheet so they all come out looking uniform. I also added chocolate chips to mine and there for the first batch didn't come out quite as nicely as the remaining cookies once I realized I needed to round the slices into the balls first.
