Banana Nut Bread III

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2012
I made this just as the recipe was written, with the exception of using melted butter instead of oil. It is absolutely delicious and I will use this recipe again.

Easy and Quick Swiss Steak

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2012
I have made this many times and it is delish! I like to add some beef broth with a tablespoon or 2 of flour mixed in for extra flavor and thickness. It's great on rice or mashed potatoes.

Easy Vegetable Beef Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2012
I made this a couple nights ago and it was goooood! I used those new Knorr beef flavor packets instead of bouillon cubes and added some Worcestershire sauce and basil, as others had suggested. It was even better the next day. This will be a keeper for me.

I made it with cilantro instead of the other herbs, some fresh lemon juice and I added some kalamata olives....it was great.

Baked Spaghetti

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2011
I think this recipe makes way more than 8 servings. I would double the spaghetti sauce, cut the mozzarella in half, add some garlic and use ricotta cheese.

Onion Soup Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2011
I cooked this dish exactly as the directions instructed. The pork chops were so dry, my husband would not even eat them. I think the timing needs to be adjusted on this recipe. The rice was tasty but too salty.
