Corn, Sausage and Pepper Chowder

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2013
Very good! I used turkey kielbasa and used the full link....14oz I think. The recipe asked for 4...that just sounded like very little. I did add one more can of chicken broth as it was quite thick. Otherwise, I followed the recipe as written and thought it was excellent! Will make again!

Cheese, Broccoli, and Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2012
This was really! Followed the recipe except I followed advice from others and just did 3 cups of rice...even with that it was still really thick as the rice absorbed so much of the broth. I did end up adding in some milk...maybe a cup or so, so help thin it out a bit. Was very good and served with fresh warm bread. Will make again! Thanks!

Easy Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2012
A pretty good starter! I dipped the chicken in an egg and then covered in Italian bread crumbs before putting in the pan with sauce and cheese. Served on egg noodles...husband and kids ate it up!

Simple Hamburger Stroganoff

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2011
Yum! I did make some changes. I only used 4 oz of cream cheese, one can of soup and probably 5 oz of sour cream. I also added one chopped onion and some garlic. It tasted great and my kids loved it! I'm giving it 4 stars because as the recipe was written I totally feel it would have been WAY to thick and creamy. With the changes I made I thought it was a great meal and will most certainly be making it again!

Baked Spaghetti I

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2011
Excellent! My kids gobbled this up! The only thing I changed was adding a small can of tomato sauce and also added a little Italian seasoning. Was wonderful and will most certainly make again.

Sausage Spinach Manicotti

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2011
This was great! I made a few changes: used 1 lb of ground turkey and cooked that up with onion and mushrooms. Otherwise, the rest was pretty much the same....maybe a bit more cheese. My entire family loved it. Tasted amazing! Will most certainly make again.

Slow Cooker Lasagna

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2011
Mine got a bit burnt in the crock pot, but I didn't mind. Kids opted to eat the softer part and not the burnt edges. Flavor was good and was pretty easy to put together. I will shorten my cooking time to the 4 hours instead of the 6 hours next time.
