Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

These are a great! They are a little soggy when you skip the baking step, so if you freeze them like I do, grill them first and then freeze to reheat in the microwave. That really helps to firm them up. What a great way to get so many healthful foods that are so delicious together! Thanks for submitting this recipe.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

My son really likes this recipe. It's the only one we make at our house for alfredo. It freezes well. To reheat frozen portions, warm in a skillet with a bit of milk and it works really well. We like it better reheated than the first time around.

Paula's Bread Sticks

We loved this - omitted the sesame seeds and brushed butter on top just out of the oven and sprinkled with fairy dust (4 parts dry Parmesan cheese, 3 parts garlic powder, 2 parts onion powder, 1 part oregano). Tasted just like the Olive Garden bread sticks. A definite keeper. Thank you!

Crusty French Bread

This bread is really easy to put together and my family really loved it. I substituted 1 cup of whole wheat flour for 1 cup of the flour and used 2 cups of bread flour for the remainder of the flour. It has a very nice appearance and is soft on the inside with a nice outer crust that it's too hard. Thank you for the recipe!

Baked Sweet Potatoes

I really enjoyed this. It's a really nice change from the usual sugared sweet potato dishes. I have tried it with both oregano and rosemary. I prefer the oregano best. Thank you for the super recipe!

Cranberry Nut Bread II

This was totally awesome! I used 1 cup of whole wheat flour in place of 1 of the 2 cups of AP flour. I also used 1/2 cup zero calorie sweetner in place of 1/2 of the 1 cup white sugar. Instead of a loaf pan, placed the batter in mini muffin pans and made 48 mini muffins. After baking about 30 minutes, I placed cling wrap over them while they cooled. Thank you for the wonderful recipe!
