Pumpkin Fluff Dip
I loved it! I actually enjoyed it as more of a mousse with the cinnamon graham crackers on the side. Only took a few minutes to mix together. I used the French Vanilla Cool Whip. Loved it!

Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Easier than I thought, and faster! I also used drained and dried Marachino cherries, stems attached. I put them out in the cool garage for a few minutes and they hardened quickly. I used a four oz package of semi sweet Ghirardelli chocolate along with the milk choc disks. I may increase the amount of it next time since I love a darker chocolate. 16 oz of chocolate made about 24 huge strawberries and 24 cherries. Also, I sprinkled some non-parrells on some of the strawberries right after I dipped it instead of using the white candy swirls. I'm making these again!

Overnight Blueberry French Toast
I made this for an after-wedding brunch and it was a huge hit! Since we were serving a big crowd, I made enough to fit in a Half-pan with the sterno underneath. I had to keep it in the oven longer than I expected but it was fine since the first crowd came back for it when done. I didn't make the sauce according to the directions, though. I bought blueberry glaze by Marzettis and mixed it with fresh blueberries. It was awesome like that and had a fresh blueberry taste. I'll be making this again! By the way, the original recipe was found in a recipe book I have for Bed and Breakfast recipes.
