Snack Crackers

I've been making a version of these for years! I love the added dill and garlic, though! If you want some kick, add some red pepper flakes to taste to the mix! I've always used unsalted top saltines, but I might try oyster crackers for my next round. Love these and cannot stop eating them!

Pasta Salad

I finally made a pasta salad last week following this recipe! Instead of using bottled dressing I made my own Italian dressing from the Italian Dressing Mix recipe from this website. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed it and will be making it again.

Texas Caviar I

Restaurant Style Egg Drop Soup

I was in the mood for some Egg Drop Soup when I woke up this morning. I don't know why I never looked this up before as it's one of my favorite soups. I added white pepper, peas & corn to this recipe. (I think the idea of adding a thickener - corn starch turned me off for a while, but I'm over it now!) Soup & Rice for breakfast! Mmm.

Profanity Salmon

1/2 cup of Mayo was too much (1/4 or less would have been just fine and I added a little more teriyaki sauce. I finally had a chance to cook this on a grill instead of the oven and 15 minutes was just perfect! My boyfriend loved it.

Zucchini Casserole I

This was another hit! I misread the teaspoon measurement for basil and put in 1 Tablespoon (instead of 1 teaspoon) and people still loved it. I thought it was a bit oily with 1/2 cup of olive oil, so next time I might put only 1/4 cup or no olive oil. I was worried that the basil was overpowering, but there weren't any leftovers.
