Banana Banana Bread
This bread is so moist it almost seemed like it wasn't done baking. I probably ended up baking it for about 75-80 minutes. Also, it was overflowing in the bread pan which may have been a factor as to why it needed a little more time. Everyone loved the bread and I will definately make this again. Maybe next time I will try just a smidgeon less bananas (I let 6 large bananas ripen and it turned out to be a tiny bit more, maybe 1/4 cup, than the amount of smashed bananas called for)

Delicious Black Bean Burritos
These were delicious! I added 1/2 a serrano pepper and it was smokin'! but still delicious. This was really easy to make and it made 4 good size burritos for us.

Jennifer's Granola
Deliceous! The only thing I omitted was the wheat germ since I didn't have any. I think next time I will try leaving it in for 5 minutes longer to see if I can't get it a little crunchier although it is addicting just as is. Thanks for a great recipe! I am already excited to make this and give it away for Christmas presants.
