Feta Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2006
This recipe was tasty. I prepped it ahead of time and took it camping. It kept well and made a hearty and tasty lunch. I used canned chicken, which worked just fine, but it probably would have been much tastier with the chicken breasts.

Best Brownies

These brownies turn out perfectly everytime . . . and they're so easy to prepare. My family loves them, and I've never even made the frosting!! (Don't tell them that).

Roasted Lemon Herb Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2004
Absolutely fantastic!! I cooked the chicken with lemon quarters in the cavity, as suggested by other reviewers. I also needed double the lemon/oil mixture to keep the chicken moist. I cooked mine for 2 hours, adding potatoes after about 1 hour. I will add some salt to the spice mixture next time.

Cajun Appetizer Meatballs

I didn't think these were great, but I gave them four stars because they went down well at my potluck. I likes the sauce with the peach jam.

Rhubarb Custard Pie IV

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2004
This recipe turned out terribly. I don't know if it was something I did or what. The sugar seemed to form a very hard crust at the top. The custard did not taste at all like custard. I will definitely not try this recipe again.

These were great. Not quite like the ones I buy at Second Cup, but still tasty. I loved that they had so many wholesome ingredients.

This recipe was great. My mother-in-law can't have tomato sauce, so this was the perfect past for her. We all loved it.

My husband loves cheese cake and pumpkin pie. I thought this would make him melt. But it wasn't that great.

Pralines, Coffee and Cream Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2004
I made this as a birthday cake. I thought it was a little sweet, but I was the only one - everyone else loved it. They finished the whole thing between 6 or 7 people!! I used some of the frosting mixed with cocoa as decoration. Worked great. Next time, I might even ice the whole thing with the cocoa flavoured stuff.

Pico de Gallo Chicken Quesadillas

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2003
I loved the Pico de Gallo mixture. I would make it on its own to serve with nachos or any other Mexican dish. Try cooking them in the oven at about 350 for 10 or 15 minutes. It is much less work than the frying. (This was a tip from my friends from Columbia). Make sure you spray the cookie sheets, or else you will have a sticky mess!!

I would give this one six stars if I could. This was one of the tastiest appetizers I have ever made. Everyone raved about it. Served it with Cilantro dip (also incredible) and nachos.

Absolutely delicious!! A great alternative to plain garlic bread. Didn't have garlic salt. Substituted Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb spice blend.

Greek Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2003
This recipe was really tasty. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because the olive oil made it a very smoky dish to BBQ. The oil dripping onto the BBQ caused flare-ups. Used dried herbs instead of fresh and it still turned out great.
