Mexican Beef Supreme

This recipe was wonderful but i did cook it down for about an hour and added beef broth while simmering. i added extra cilantro and i think it was too much but everyone else loved it.

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Made this last night and WOW! we really enjoyed it. Hubby ate the leftovers for lunch today and commented AGAIN on how awesome it was. thanks for the wonderful addition to our rotation.

i am normally a very generous person when it comes to rating but this recipe has to be altered quite a bit to get a truly good soup. the addition of the beef broth is the most important. i also added worcestershire sauce. which i cannot believe was not included in the first place. i only had frozen corn so i used canned italian green beans and sweet peas. with the few changes that we have all made it turns out great! thanks for the base

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

WOW!!! this is so amazing. i made this to go along with a chili mac recipe from this site. just pulled it out of the oven about 30 minutes ago. the chili mac isnt finished yet but we all, including my sister who is visiting from FL, had to try it. thank god i doubled the recipe! this is the most fluffy and perfect cornbread and of us have ever had and we are cornbread lovers!!!! thank you for the recipe. my sister is going to use it for the cornbread dressing this year for thanksgiving.....cant wait!!!

it has been sooooo long since i made homemade biscuits and they turned out great! i doubled the recipe and didnt quite use 2 cups of milk. i also rolled them a little thinner and they turned out fluffy anyways. thanks for the recipe. everyone loved them.

i was looking in my recipe box and realized that i never rated this one. i have been using this recipe for about 4 years now and it is sooooo good. i do add chicken broth because my husband likes it a little more thin. we all love this recipe. thank you so much

Peach Cobbler Dump Cake I

I must say that i ws skeptical about this recipe. If not for all of the great reviews i never wouldve tried it. Man im so happy i did. i used one large can of peaches in heavy syrup and one medium can in lught syrup. i did drain the medium can though. Thanks for an easy delicious dessert

Ranch Dressing II

My daughter loves to dip her pizza in ranch dressing so upon discovering that we had none she and i decided to try this instead of heading back to the grocery store. She says that from now on im not allowed to buy it. I do recommend letting it sit for about 1 hour in the fridge to let the flavors marry. yummy!!

Crumb-Coated Chicken Thighs

This was so simple and delicious! I doubled the recipe for the coating and it was sufficient for 4 lbs of chicken thighs. i about had to beat my 18 year old nephew and his friend to keep them from eating it all, lol. We enjoyed it very much. thank you

Spicy Beef Curry Stew for the Slow Cooker

this was really good. we served it over rice and everyone enjoyed it. i do suggest adding the curry near the end as others suggested because the curry flavor mostly cooked out. i added more and it was fine. thank you

Wonton Soup

i am the one in the family who loves wonton soup. the rest just want the friend rice and sweet and sour or general tsao chicken. there is one restaurant in town that makes me happy with their wonton soup so i decided to make my own and this recipe was the one i chose. i very happy with my choice but will try to boil the wontons in water next time and then put them in the chicken stock as one other reviewer suggested. it was wonderful though and i made extra and froze them so im anticipating my next experience, YUMMY!!! thank you

Texas Pork Ribs

my husband usually makes the ribs but, of course, i had to try to get one up on him, hehe...as alot of other reviewers i did not bother with the grill or the sauce. (we keep my husbands homemade sauce on hand)WOW, this rub is what makes the ribs people!!! i have used it on chicken breasts(bone-in )and tonight on pork chops in the oven because i was just too tired to use my original chop recipe and didnt feel like going to the store for a couple things. this rub will be a staple in our house from now on. thanks for a wonderful recipe

Filipino Lumpia

This was the 2nd time i made these but on the first i used the wonton wrappers like another user suggested because i didnt find the spring roll/lumpia wrappers in the local grocery store. I liked them but found it difficult to wrap with the wonton so i ventured out to the Oriental Market and got the correct wrappers and the lady at the market suggested a sweet chili sauce for dipping. WOW!!!!! THIS IS A KEEPER!! make sure you use the correct wrappers though. Thank you for an original recipe!!

Fabulous Wet Burritos

WOW. i have always loved baked burritos but couldnt quite get the sauce right. the little restaurant i frequented as a kid closed down and i havnt found one to compare since. this is stupendous!!! thank you so much. right into my regular rotation
