Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2015
I tried this recipe last night, I did not care for the taste at all. Tasted bland in the pan, added more salt and garlic salt, still overall this was not good.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2009
This soup was delicious... I made it tonight for dinner, and didn't have time to do it in the slow cooker, so I did it on the stove top, and cooked it for about 2 hours. Followed all of the other instructions to a T and doubled the recipe, and boy am I glad I did. I also used others advice and didn't use the beer and used chicken broth instead. I also added some cilantro, cumin and garlic powder. I will definately make this again.

Rump Roast Au Jus

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2008
I made this for dinner tonight, but I didn't have time to do it in a crock pot, so I just did it in a covered dish. I added about 2 cups of water along with some carrots, potatos and onions. I cooked it at 450 for about 35-45 minutes, them reduced heat to 350 and cooked for another 1 1/2 - 2 hours. My husband said it was the best roast he had ever had. Very tender and Juicy! We love it spicy, didn't change a thing! Will definately make again!
