Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

OMG!!! Best flavor ever! I've made this several times. The ONLY problem is the salt is a bit heavy..I cut the calling for salt in half after I made it the first time. Have made it several times since following the recipe to a T (minus some salt) and followed TADUSIN's (reviewer below) recommendations for letting it sit to become room temp then turning oven off after an hour for a PERFECT medium rare center. My family begs for this recipe. The combination of these herbs is OUTSTANDING!!! 5 stars!
