Slow Cooker Carnitas
My go-to pork shoulder recipe. Based on reviewers' suggestions, I make double the rub and bake it at 400 degrees for 20 minutes after pulling it apart for a crispy edges.

Salmon with Dill
This is my new go-to salmon recipe. The dill compliments the salmon perfectly and baking with butter gives it a nice, crisp skin.

Swedish Spareribs
Had to cut the rib rack to fit the pan and stack in two levels, but what a taste! So tender and the sweet was subtle enough to match the pork perfectly.
