Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2006
I have not posted in a LONG time but I am happy to see that my recipe is bringing good things to the table for most of the cooks! One thing to note-this is more or less a Basic recipe that can be added to, or modified that I see many have done. Also-In the original recipe, I did not note that I skim the grease-I think you need to use ground beef for the best flavor. Anyway, Happy eating!!! Hunnie :)

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2003
I made these into muffins, it made 12 nice sized. I also added 1/4 tsp cin, 1/2 tsp vanilla, and some chopped walnuts. I used 2 1/2 bananas, and they turned out really nice and moist, but only needed to cook about 30 min at 325. Great recipe!

Brown Sugar Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2003
Thought this was pretty good-next time I think I will use pork chops with the bone in, and maybe brown them before hand for better color. I added some apple slices and my daughter and husband loved the flavor.

Fortune Cookies I

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2003
We made these for my sisters 30th birthday..they turned out ok in the beginning and then got better as we went along-I followed the advice of others and added the two tbls of butter to the batter, and also added some water. We used the back of the cookies sheets and worked as a team, I stood by ready to add the fortunes and fold, and my mom flipped them on a cutting board. We did decrease the sugar as well, and we used the back of the spoon to make the circles on the baking sheets-tilting the sheets didn't seem to work well. They still came out sort of chewy, but they look really cute. Good luck!

I thought this recipie was fantastic. The only things I changed were I doubled it, since I make more for lunches the next day. I also marianated the meat first for 30 min, and subsituted pea pods. The sauce was GREAT! Hub loved it and so did kids. Great recepie!

Almost No Fat Banana Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2002
This turned out great-I did double the amount of bananas and also I added vanilla and cinamon applesauce. It was actually better once it was cooled and sliced the following day.
