Spaghetti Sauce with Ground Beef

It was really good. I added the tsp of sugar that someone suggestion, left out the peppers and also added a bay leaf. It was delicious!

Apple Crumb Pie

I have made this pie numerous times now. Every single time, my family raves over how delicious it is. The only changes I make is that I use an entire lime instead of 1 tbsp of lemon juice. I don't add the raisins, although I have added the walnuts a few times. This last time I added fresh cranberries for Thanksgiving and my family raved over it.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Delicious! I made the following modifications (some from suggestions made from other reviewers): 4 cups of grated zucchini rather than 2, 2 cups of whole-wheat flour + 1 cup of oats, 1 cup brown sugar splenda mix + 1/3 cup truvia + 1.5 tbsp truvia, and I added 1/2 cup of shredded carrot. Finally, I love cinnamon, but I think 3 teaspoons were too much for me, so I might cut it back to 2 teaspoons next time.

Pecan Pie V

I ran out of vanilla so I omitted it. I also added a dash of cinnamon. Best pecan pie I've ever had! I've made it a second time for Thanksgiving and I substituted the brown sugar with brown sugar splenda mix & the white sugar with truvia (my father is diabetic). My parents raved about the pie, and I will be making it again for christmas. :)

Lavender Pork Steaks

Like everyone else said, they needed some salt. I brined the steaks for 2 hours before preparing, also there was a bit too much lavender, and too much oil. Next time, I think I'll cut those in half.
