Asian Orange Chicken
Wonderful, glorious! That said, I don't usually have OJ around, so I bought some frozen and used 1/2 T, didn't have ginger and didn't miss it, and doubled the crushed red peppers (know your audience!). After reading other comments, I started heating the sauce w/cornstarch while the chicken was cooking and poured it over when the meat was done. It thickened up on contact. My husband said not to change it at all. Thank you, Harry! Even though I played with it a bit, this is exactly what I was looking for with a great balance of citrus, spice and sweet.

Broiled Sweet and Tangy Tilapia
Great recipe! The store didn't have raspberry vinegar, so I crushed 4 raspberries into it, using white wine vinegar. I think the berry pulp is a good addition. I now make the recipe x6 and keep it in the fridge. I used it on pork last night and have raspberry anointed chicken in the oven tonight. I skipped the buttering of the foil and nothing stuck. With the pork and chicken, I just spoon the sauce over the top and bake without turning. Thanks so much for sharing the recipe.

Orange Cake
This has been a favorite for potlucks, but I do a couple things differently. I use orange extract, and for an added wow factor, sprinkle a cup of mini chocolate chips on top of the batter just before baking. I've heard that a trip through a bowl of flour first will keep them from sinking as much, but that's untested at this point.
