Baked Buffalo Wings
These tasted just like in the restaurant! Yum! Only, I did as suggested, cooking them on a wire rack, and them chickens smoked like crazy. The meat was fine; just the grease at the catch pan was smoking the whole time. Oh well. It was worth it! Making them again tomorrow, I think.
