Banana Muffins II

It's such a simple recipe and it's my go-to for banana muffins. Sometimes I add a splash of vanilla and nutmeg but that's for my own personal taste.

Fast and Friendly Meatballs

I ended up using Italian seasoned turkey (because it was on sale) but these were still delightfully easy to make. I baked mine a little longer to make them a nice brown color and they turned out yummy. I made a big batch so I can just heat them up whenever I make pasta or want a snack.

French Toast I

It was pretty good but I added an extra egg and it cooked way better ( faster, more even). My husband loved it and we agreed that french toast will be a new addition to weekend breakfasts.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

I made these last night and used fresh chicken because I had just gotten back from the grocery store. I left out the sugar because the sauce I was using was already pretty sweet. It turned out great! I cooked it on high for 3 hours, shredded it, and put it back in the sauce for a bit to really soak up the flavor. Put these on slider buns and it was a huge hit with my husband and sister-in-law. Definitely a keeper.

Slow Cooker Boneless Turkey Breast

I used a bone-in turkey breast and it was pretty good. I will agree with some of the other reviewers that there is a bit too much salt for me so next time I will definitely reduce the amount of seasoned salt next time. Overall I got a moist, fall-off-the-bone turkey breast for Thanksgiving so I'm pleased.

Ham with Honey and Brown Sugar Glaze

I made a ham for Thanksgiving and this recipe seemed simple enough. It took longer than 10 minutes for my glaze to thicken but other than that I followed this recipe to the letter. My husband absolutely LOVED the glaze. He wouldn't even wait for me to properly cut the ham and kept picking pieces off and dipping it in the glaze that collected on the bottom. He begged me to make the glaze again for Christmas so I guess it's a keeper.

I cut back the amount of butter but it still just tasted too buttery for me. My boyfriend liked them and they weren't too difficult to make but I'll pass on them in the future.

Favorite Barbecue Chicken

I doubled the amount of sauce and put it on a whole chicken. I don't have a grill so I popped it in the oven. My boyfriend really liked it but I thought it had just a hint too much of vinegar. Still, this one's a keeper.

Meatball Sandwich

Garlic Caesar Chicken Tenders

This recipe was very simple and easy to make. I cut my chicken into strips and marinated over night. I made my own bread crumbs. The chicken turned out delicious and my boyfriend loved it. I'm repeating the recipe again this weekend.
