Clone of a Cinnabon

This recipe is awesome! I will definitely make it again. There were some helpful reviews that I used. 1) I combined the brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter to make the spread. 2) I made the cinnamon rolls the night before and stored them in the glass baking pan (covered with plastic wrap). Then I put them in the oven the next morning. They turned out great, just needed a couple extra minutes of baking time. It was a tad on the sweet side so it went really well with tea and coffee. The next time I make them I think I will reduce the sugar a little for the cinnamon spread and icing and see how that turns out. Thanks for the recipe, its awesome!

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

This recipe was too cheesy and rich for me, which is saying a lot since I love cheese. I only used half of the cream cheese in the mixture and added some bread crumbs. I will explore other recipes before recreating this one again.

Bacon Wrapped Dates Stuffed with Blue Cheese

This is the perfect blend of salty sweet flavor and it is very easy. It just takes a bit of time to construct them. I actually replaced the bleu cheese with Gorgonzola cheese since my husband doesn't like the strong flavor of bleu cheese. It worked out great! I did try it with Parmesan flakes once, but didn't turn out well. It seems better with the softer cheeses. When you make them, expect them to disappear fast.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

This recipe is AWESOME! This was my first time making homemade brownies (instead of out of the box) and they turned out great. Some minor changes I made: 1.5 cup white sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, and used the Hershey's 'Special Dark' cocoa powder. I cooked them for 25 mins and they were perfectly ready. I have saved this recipe in my recipe book and I will definitely use it again and again! Thank you for sharing it!
