The brownies themselves were good and I would consider making them again. The frosting was WAY too sweet and therefore made the overall dish way too sweet. If you have an extreme sweet tooth you may like it, I'll have to pass on this one or leave the brownies unfrosted.

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

Very easy recipe. The Pillsbury baking crescents that come in a sheet instead of triangles works perfect. Yum.

Whole Wheat Beer Bread

Surprisingly easy recipe and also very tasty. I will definitely make this again. It was a good throw together to go with homemade chicken noodle soup. It has a hint of sweetness from the brown sugar, I think next time I will try it with a nut brown ale.
