This blog is going to be about simple Country cooking. We are going to concentrate on recipes that young cooks can duplicate and make their own.
In today's world of the internet, cooking channels and Food Networks, many young and beginning cooks across America in small towns and communities have a difficult time learning the basics of cooking. It is hard for the young cook to find many of the ingredients
needed and for those "fancy" recipes that are provided by Chefs who have been professionally trained and have access to the finest ingredients in the larger cities.
This will be a journey through many of the memories that have from cooking here in the Ozarks for more than 30 Years.
