Puttanesca I
Love it! I'm usually not a fan of anchovies and I've never had capers, but this dish was fantastic. I used six roma tomatoes that I chopped in my food processor in place of the sieved tomatoes. Made the sauce a little more tomato-y than is probably recommended in the recipe, but it was still delicious. I will make this again!

Pesto Pasta
I added garlic to the onions and sauteed them in olive oil before I added the pesto. I also added crushed red pepper in addition to salt and pepper. I can't eat dairy so no cheese. First few bites I thought it was meh, but I've just filled my bowl again. It is very yummy and I will likely make it again!

Cajun Pasta Fresca
The recipe is fantastic! The only changes I made was using linguine (couldn't find vermicelli in the store), creole seasoning, and dried parsley. My pasta was a little too runny than I like it so next time I won't add all the tomato juice. Also, the creole seasoning made the pasta a little spicy. I gave it five stars because I believe that my pasta not turning out as good as the recipe sounded is strictly due to my lack of cooking skills!
