BEST ever. Normally I have NO luck with stuff like this - it turned out perfectly. I am definately an amateur cook - so if I could do this - anyone can. We had a small dinner party and they LOVED it, raved about it and asked for the recipe. This NEVER happens to me, I was delighted AND it's super easy too. Totally awesome. Thanks for this amazing recipe. My hubby is still bragging about it. One last thing - it looked soooo amazing in my bowl I bought just for this dessert. Totally worth it. Thank-you, thank-you.

Honey Whole Wheat Bread

My absolute FAVORITE! My family can eat a loaf in a day and I'm happy it's relatively healthy. I do 4 or more TBSP honey, though - makes it taste wonderful. Perfectly moist bread.

Tangy Egg Salad Spread

Cheesy Potatoes

YUMMY! I think this is awesome, some people thought bland - I thought perfect! Even my picky husband and kids adored it. Yes the cheese did get a little crunchy at the sides, I'll just add it after the 1st 10 min. next time. I never dreamed anything microwaved could taste so good!!! I also added a little garlic salt for taste and parsley flakes for looks. PERFECT! Thanks for a great recipe.

Simple Mac and Cheese

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Easy Toffee

WOW!!! Sooooo awesome. We had friends over for dessert and they (and my husband) raved over it. I'm not a big "baker" and this was so easy and yummy I'm going to make it again and again. I didn't have a thermometer, so the water test worked great for me. I also didn't have almonds - it was perfect without it. Absolutely FABULOUS. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Slow Cooker Barbeque

This recipe is perfect!!! Sooooo yummy. My husband, 6 yr. old and picky 4 yr. old absolutely loved it and they all raved about it. I used fresh chopped onion and 1/2 the bottle of barbeque sauce with 1/2 a cup of water instead, and it was perfection. I added the other half of sauce at the end after I shredded the meat - WOW!!!

Broccoli Casserole II

I love this recipe! So does my husband, kids and everyone I have made it for. I substituted sharp cheddar for the process cheese and butter crackers for the topping, and it is fantastic. The bottom of the dish is scraped clean every time; whereas before I always had leftover broccoli when I used to make it plain with just cheese over the top. I didn't boil the broccoli first, and it was just perfect for me. Awesome recipe!

Brown Sugar Chops

These were absolutely delicious!!! My entire family loved them, and they were so quick and easy to make. 3 simple steps, thow the chops in the oven, and presto, you have an amazing meal. We were delighted!

Creamy Rice Pudding

This pudding was delicious!!! I thought it took rather long for the milk to thicken, but it was more than worth waiting for. It was the first time I ever tried to make it, and it was wonderful. I don't like raisins, so I left them completely out, and I added about a teaspoon of cinnamon - perfect!!! My 2 yr. old and 4 yr. old loved it, which surprised me as the younger is normally very picky.
