I made this incorporating many suggestions from the ratings of others. I used Worchestershire sauce instead of soy and didn't season at all. I added a bit of vinegar, water and ketchup about 1 hour before it was done and thickened it with cornstarch. I also added peppers and onions and served it over rice. the pork was fork tender and it had a nice flavor from the peppers. Being a true winner with my oldest and husband, it'll be something I make regularly!
