I followed the baking part to the letter. Out of the oven in 27 minutes they pulled away from the glass ever so slightly. When cooled they were moist, tender, flavorful and delightfully gooey even without the frosting. . The only thing I would have wished for was a shiny surface with a delicate crisp. If you make the frosting I doubt you'd have to worry about that. This recipe is a definite must try.
